Every kid matters to God, which mean every kid matters to us! Everything we do is designed to reach kids for Christ and prepare them to be lifelong followers of Jesus. These courses will walk you through our vision, values, and expectations, helping you feel confident and prepared to create a safe, fun, and meaningful experience for every child.

The nursery is a space where both children and parents feel safe, loved, and confident. We know how much trust parents place in us when they leave their littles ones in our care. From birth to age two, we care for each child with intentional love, helping them learn to trust the adults around them, which lays the foundation for trusting God.

Student volunteers partner with adult leaders to help create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for kids. As our youngest volunteers, kids look up to you!

Preschool is an environment where children age three through kindergarten begin their full church experience, starting the rhythm of large and small group environments that will continue throughout their time in Kids Ministries.

In large group, preschoolers worship, hear a Bible story, and learn about God in a fun, interactive, and easy to understand way. As the large group leader, you communicate foundational biblical truths to these preschoolers and help them understand that God made them, loves them, and wants to be their friend forever.

As a small group leader, you will help create an environment that welcomes kids to ask questions, explore who God is, and discover their own identity in Christ.

In large group, kids in grades 1-5 connect with God through worship, engaging teaching, fun and relevant Bible stories, practical life applications, and prayer. As the large group leader, you communicate that God loves them no matter what, they can choose to follow Jesus, they can grow in their relationship with God, and they can treat others the way Jesus treats us.

Room Assistants support kids in our spaces who need assistance with redirection, sensory needs, or social interactions.

Side-by-Side partner with a specific family from beginning to end of service to provide the supports and accommodations needed to make their child's experience at church a great one.

Safety and security of kids in our spaces is a top priority. As a volunteer, you are an extension of our ministry, and we ask that you follow all Kids Ministries policies and procedures to ensure a safe, Christ-centered environment for kids and families.

Team Leads lead a team of volunteers by carrying forward the vision of Christ-centered serving in Kids Ministries. Through building community, guiding, and encouragement, your volunteer team will be equipped to reach kids for Christ.

Directors develop and lead Team Leads while championing the goals of Kids Ministries. Through building community, guiding, and encouraging, your Team Leads will be equipped to lead their volunteers to reach kids for Christ.
